Data processed and purposes
Browsing data. The systems hosting this website acquire, during normal operation, some technical data (IP addresses, access times, pages visited) whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols. They are used solely to ensure the correct operation and security of the service.
Data provided voluntarily. Sending requests through the contact forms or by email entails acquiring the data needed to reply (name, email, message content). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or legitimate interest in replying (art. 6.1.f).
Newsletter. Subscription happens only at the data subject’s explicit request; legal basis is consent (art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time via the link in every communication.
Retention
Contact request data is kept for the time needed to handle it and for any legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Recipients
Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by authorised Laica S.p.A. personnel and by technical suppliers appointed as processors (art. 28 GDPR), such as the hosting provider.
Data subject rights
Under articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@laica.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
